At the Seshego Reconciliation Tournament, Dream Chasers Basketball Academy showed what true development in basketball looks like. While many people focus solely on scores, Dream Chasers prioritise growth, learning, and developing strong young players for the future.
Dream Chasers arrived with a young team of boys aged 14 to 18. Most of them are still learning the game and gaining experience. They played against older, stronger, and more experienced teams, but they did not give up. They showed discipline, teamwork, and respect for the game.
On the court, the boys listened to their coaches, ran their plays, defended with effort, and kept fighting until the final whistle. This showed strong coaching, good values, and a positive team culture. Win or lose, they stayed focused and committed.
Dream Chasers Basketball Academy is not just about matches. It is about teaching fundamentals, building confidence, and giving young players a safe and structured environment to grow. The academy helps boys learn discipline, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility skills they will carry both on and off the court.
